Artha App Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Artha mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

2. SMS/MMS Notifications

Artha Finance offers an SMS messaging service to notify you about expense splits, payment requests, and friend invites.

• Opt-In: You can opt-in to the service by providing your mobile phone number in the Settings page or during the invitation acceptance process.
• Program Name: "Artha Finance Alerts"
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number provided. We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: Reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us at support@kesavallc.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kesava LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
