• Account Information: Name, email address, and login credentials (encrypted).
• Google Sign-In Data: When you log in with Google, we collect your name, email, and profile picture (if available).
• Financial Data: Income, expense, and budgeting information entered manually by you.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system, IP address, and crash reports, collected through Firebase to ensure app performance and security.


2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To provide secure authentication and account access.
• To store and sync financial entries across devices for registered users.
• To improve app stability, performance, and functionality.

• Guest Users: Data remains on your device and will be deleted if you uninstall the app or reset your device.
• Registered Users: Data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) and linked to your account for cross-device access.
• Security Measures: Passwords are encrypted, and we implement technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

4. Third-Party Services
Artha integrates with trusted third-party service providers, including:
• Google Firebase: For authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and secure cloud storage.
• Google Sign-In: For optional login using your Google account.
• Flutter SDK: To build and maintain the cross-platform mobile application.

• Deletion: You may delete your account by contacting us at support@kesavallc.com. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.
• Guest Use: You may continue to use Artha without providing personal information by using guest mode.

Artha is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
